-Introduction to gymnastics

Preschool gymnastics is as much about learning to be a part of a group, and to follow coaches instructions, as it is about an introduction to skills.

Our three main rules in preschool are:

1. Following coaches instructions

2. Staying with the coach

3. Keeping themselves and others safe. KiPS coaches are committed to helping every child participate safely and happily.

In cases where preschoolers consistently struggle to follow the rules, we will ask that parents join the class with the child.

"Together We Tumble" - Adaptive Gymnastics Class [Ages 4-11]

45 minute class

Together We Tumble is a welcoming gymnastics class designed to support every child’s unique needs and abilities. This class provides a structured yet flexible environment with a lower coach-to-athlete ratio and a slower pace, allowing for individualized attention and guidance.

Children who may benefit from additional support with communication, sensory processing, or motor planning thrive in this setting — and siblings and typical peers are encouraged to join! Families can experience gymnastics together while developing confidence, coordination, empathy, and a love of movement through positive, developmentally appropriate activities.

Typical peers also have the opportunity to become Model Peers — joining as a friend or sibling to help support the class, encourage participation, and model positive social interaction. Our goal is to create an inclusive space where all families can enjoy and grow through gymnastics together. If you're interested in becoming a Model Peer, please connect with carey@kipsfamily.com
