KiPS Class Make-Up Policy Fall 2024 - Spring 2025

Make-up classes are offered for:

• Illness
• Travel
• Gym closures due to weather or facility matters

Please note that sick gymnasts must not attend class. Participants must be symptom free for 24 hours with no medication.

Preschool Make-Up Classes: Open Gym Credit

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:00am - 2:00pm

Thursday, Friday 1:00-3:00 pm

Select Fridays 5:00-7:00pm

Sunday 4:00-6:00pm

Beginner I/II Make-Up Classes

Held during open gym/skills practice. The first 45 minutes is coach assisted, then it opens to free time.

Friday 5:00-7:00pm on select Fridays

Sunday 4:00-6:00pm

Intermediate Make-Up classes are held during other Intermediate Classes

You have 30 days beyond the missed class to utilize your Open gym!

Families will be notified via Email, Facebook, and Instagram of all gym closures. Note that KiPS does not necessarily follow school system closings. 

Enrollment may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the session begins. Cancellations after the start of a session must be done in writing with 30 days notice, and are refunded at 70% of the remaining classes.

School's Out KiPS Camp registration may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days before the event, cancellations will be credited to the family KiPS account at 50% of the remaining cost of the camp.
