You do not have to be a current KiPS Gymnast to register!

Cheer & Acro Tumbling Clinic
July 19th
Prerequisite: Front Walkover and Back Walkover
Ages 7+
Join us for a high-energy 2-hour tumbling clinic designed for athletes learning to connect skills! This clinic focuses on the fundamentals of tumbling through targeted drills. This clinic is for athletes wanting to learn or refine connecting skills such as front and back walkovers, round-offs, round-off back handsprings, front tucks and front handsprings.
Perfect for building confidence, strength, and clean technique in a fun and supportive environment!

Back Handspring Clinic
July 19th
Prerequisite: Front Walkover and Back Walkover
Ages 7+
Join us for a focused 2-hour Back Handspring Clinic designed to help athletes build a strong foundation for this exciting skill! We’ll break down the basics of back handsprings through proper stretching, strength work, and technique drills. Athletes will rotate through stations using our Air Track, TumblTrak, and hands-on drills for safe, supported progress.

Boys Gymnastics Clinic
August 23rd

Ages 7+
Our Boys Gymnastics clinic is the perfect way for boys to get moving, build strength, and learn the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. This class introduces boys to key skills on the six men's events Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and High Bar —while also incorporating obstacle courses, strength challenges, and tumbling basics using our Tumble Track and Air Track.
Designed for beginners through intermediate level gymnasts, this high-energy class helps develop coordination, confidence, and athletic foundations that support all sports.

Strength for All Sports
August 23rd
All Skill Levels Welcome!
Ages 7+
Our 2-hour co-ed Strength for All Sports Enrichment class is designed to help athletes build power, agility, and overall athletic performance in a fun, high-energy gymnastics environment. Participants will rotate through stations including rope climbs, plyometric drills, obstacle courses, core conditioning, and strength training exercises that support success across all sports. With a focus on proper technique, injury prevention, and confidence-building, this class is perfect for athletes looking to gain an edge while staying active and engaged.
