Babble Buddies Circle Time is a 6-week interactive baby group for babies (0-15 months) and their caregivers, designed by pediatric speech-language pathologists (SLPs), to boost your baby’s developing communication skills in a fun and social setting.
Through songs, movement, books, and play, parents learn evidence-based strategies to support early speech and language development—from babbling to first words!

Beyond Babble Buddies Circle Time is designed for toddlers ages 12–24 months—a stage filled with rapid growth in communication, play, social connection, and independence. This 6-week program builds on the foundations of Babble Buddies and supports families as their toddlers move from early words to intentional communication, social interaction, and early pretend play.

Sessions will be focused on a specific theme each week (think 'Under the Sea' or 'Fun with Food) and 1-2 carefully selected strategies, incorporated into songs, books and play, to continue building speech and language development.

FIT4BABY® is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

Mondays at 7pm

Body Boost® is a 60-minute mom-only workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.
